We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule and perform repairs, and send you information you ask for. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Your data during repairs
We back up your data before any repair that touches the drive. We never copy your files off your device, share them, or access them beyond what a repair requires. Device data is handled confidentially.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or opt out of analytics by emailing [email protected]. We'll honor your request.
