Quotes and approval

Work begins only after you approve a written quote. Quotes reflect our estimate; if something unexpected comes up mid-repair, we stop and contact you before doing anything that changes the price. You only pay for work you approve.

Pricing

Scheduled repairs during regular hours are billed at $140/hr + parts. Emergency and after-hours calls are billed at an elevated rate, confirmed before we dispatch. Parts are billed separately and approved before ordering.

Warranty

Our workmanship is warranted. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Ask us for the details specific to your repair. A warranty covers our work and the parts we install — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent accidents, or third-party work.

Your data

We back up data before any repair that touches the drive and treat it as confidential. We recommend you maintain your own backups for anything important; no data recovery is guaranteed.

Retainers

Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Retainer terms are confirmed in writing when you sign up.
